Since 2002​, Chelsea has acted for plaintiffs and defendants in estate and civil disputes in administrative tribunals, trial courts and the Court of Appeal in the Province of British Columbia. As a barrister, she has extensive experience as trial counsel, and she is well-versed in charting the best course for her clients through negotiation, mediation, and trial.

Estate law involves an understanding of personal relationships, finances, health and the desire to prevent delay and distress. Chelsea discovered her love for estate law as a result of situations within her own family. She loves to help clients plan for the future and anticipate where legal issues will arise.

As an experienced estates solicitor, Chelsea is able to predict where problems will arise in estate plans, and to prepare for aging and end of life decision making in a way that preserves the dignity of her clients and provides peace of mind to families facing the loss of a loved one. ​

His practice areas include estate planning and litigation, personal injury, insurance defence, discipline defence and adjudications, and civil litigation.
